Colorado's Southeast Camping Spots

The developed campground areas will have a fee for camping and most state and national park areas will have a daily use fee. Please be sure to check with the local responsible agency to get the most current fee and access information.

Lake Pueblo State Park is a great place to camp. It has nice facilities (including showers) and is located on Lake Pueblo, a 4,500 acre reservoir with a full service marina. You can enjoy fishing, motor boating, and water sports. Been water skiing lately? Sailboating and jet skiing are other fun activities at this location.

Colorado State Park camping areas are listd below. We have included the conveniences provided at the campground along with activities for that location. You can choose locations that offer fishing, boating, hiking, and biking. Some state parks even have access to whitewater rafting, horseback riding, ohv riding, and hot air ballooning!
